Dr. Cory Spurlock is the Chief Medical Officer at Exer Urgent Care. With over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, he has been instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional urgent care and emergency room services, enabling Exer to manage approximately 80% of cases typically seen in ERs. Dr. Spurlock earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2002 and has served in various capacities. His leadership was been pivotal during the COVID-19 pandemic, as Exer adapted to meet evolving patient needs and alleviate the burden on hospital emergency rooms.
